Vision Grader 2000-AP™

In the summer of 1997 Ag-Tronic Control Systems set the stage for design and development of the first grading system to use the ACS Vision System™ for grading English Greenhouse Cucumbers.

The Vision Grader 2000-AP™ was born.

Since its release, the Vision Grader 2000-AP™ has evolved with new state-of-the-art components to enhance operation and accuracy.  The "Auto-Pack" model is the first ever of its kind, fully developed and successfully implemented in less than one year!

Designed and manufactured by Ag-Tronic Control Systems, the Vision Grader 2000-AP™ features include:

• Specially designed trays that allow cucumbers to lay almost flat to be scanned for length, width, curvature, and tapers.
• Trays are mould-extruded polystyrene with stainless steel support pins.
• Ag-Tronic exclusive design of a merging conveyor system to feed 2 shrink wrappers into the Vision Grader 2000-AP™ for a capacity for up to 300 cucumbers per minute.
• Turntable model is available in 4 and 6 station standard configuration.
• Auto-Pack model is available in 7 and 9 station standard configuration.
• Main conveyor frame components constructed from aluminum.
• Touch screen operator interface, along with Ag-Tronic software, allows operators to easily change parameters for dimensions, drop allocation, and customer data incorporated with production records.
