TL-4 Integrator™

Labeling products placed in plastic inserts inside cartoons is a growing trend.  Labels are preferred on the topside of the product for presentation.

Predetermined tray patterns are programmed in to the Sinclair TL-4 tray labeler.  An operator is required to be capable of reading legible imprints on tray inserts and to press the appropriate code to the tray labeler.  Unfortunately there are many conditions which prohibit accurate pattern recognition.

ACS Vision™, a division of Ag-Tronic Control Systems, designed the first successful vision integration system specifically for interface to Sinclair's TL-3 and TL-4 tray labelers.

Completely self-contained PC-based vision system has a flat touch-screen operator interface for production records and data entry.  Fully expandable design allows for further operations such as size diverting control, inkjet print application, and quality control using a colour camera.

The TL-4 Integrator™ is the most accurate vision recognition system available for fruit and vegetable pattern and orientation recognition.  This system is easily adaptable to other available tray labeling systems.
