ACS Accu-Count 2000™

Sweet Corn packers will find the ACS Accu-Count 2000™ to be a major labour saving system for accurately counting and bagging of up too 1,500 dozen ears per hour!  Six-station automatic indexing carousel, including a bag shaker, reduces labour requirements to one person for empty bag placement and full bag removal.  Food grade cleaved main feed belt is available in various lengths to accommodate packers' requirements.  Hydraulic controls can replace electric and pneumatic for in-field bagging.  User-friendly controls for 'bag', 'batch', and 'total' counter settings make for very simple operations
